Assessment and Payment of Compensation involve the enumeration and measurement of all categories of landed properties, crops and economic trees within the area of land acquired by Government for her projects including road projects, valuation of same and ensuring that the rightful claimants whose properties are affected by the acquisition are properly settled. It also involves the indemnification of Government by the recipient of the Compensation.

Our Principal, as the former Director (Acquisition and Compensation/Housing Development) coordinated the acquisition of Lands for all Federal Projects across the States of the Federation and the assessment and payment of compensation; the following being Compensations assessed, vetted, processed and approved between 2013 – June, 2015 before his retirement:
